Cronology: Report to Penasihat Undang2.

this how people here do their work:

1. letter came in dec 21. 1st person min on 3/1, 2nd person min on 4/1, then i get the file on 6/1 from no 3. the report should be submitted by 7/1.

2. i was told to get the info from district. the surat and file i'm having has nothing about the project. how can i get the report done. so i gave district THE call, the very minute i get to call. the a person is yet to arrive. it's 830. the b person also hasn't arrived yet. i get to talk to c person who..don't really want to coorperate. "bla bla bla..paham tak? everything also has been sent to HQ..you have to find it bla bla bla..paham x? we submitted EVERYTHING-(seemingly a LOT) to HQ-dah lama dah.." eeewww~.. somebody is looking down at someone who is trying to paham something which that someone has just got to know in less than 10mins ago....

3. i look for another file, reports..the pictures..the drawing.. nada. the person no4. who handling that thing in my bahagian.. "tak penah nampak pon repot++.tp sal saman tuh penah dgr la.." the one who jaga file, no5 : "nope. no report watsoever, only the file yg u pegang tuh je,surat tu je..yg saman tuh je.." hmmm... look like i  have to call district again.

4. inhale. exhale. i gave another call. i get to person a. that person said..'no. i didn't handle this. person c did".. ok..connect me to person c then. person c directly say.."you talk directly to person b. i connect you to person b." ...sigh..person b answer after such long explanation on the matter by me.."contact no6. no6 knows everything".. why no6. is this related to pengairan?.. hmm..ok. i contact no6..

5. breathe again. i contact no6. no answer. ok i contact no 6a..nope. 6b..nope. 6c..nope. "they all having meeting right now." ok. i do something else first and get back to them after lunch

6. i call no6. no answer. 6a, no. 6b, no. 6c--eh..no 6 is in the room now. "oooohhh..i know about this project but.. this matter has been transfered to no2 long ago. i only up to *some person* after that..all about this saman-which i also have heard should be handle by no2." *smiling forcedly..*

7. it's back to my bahagian. ok. 'Accio report..'.. still nada! DAMN.my bahagian. MY. i already asked someone about it. argh.. then i saw my boss..so i tell my bos directly.."en..there's no report watsoever in nowhere-ever!!!" so..he gave the call instead. doing his thing....person b takde..so ckp dgn person c "ok..person c. it seems like you have all the data. we already find the report and stuff..mmg TAK ADA. *explaining...explaining...explaining...* now, this matter is urgent. this is what we could do. we give you the draft of the report and let you know what we want by fax..then you 'fill in the blanks' and send it back to us......-->mesti pandang lekeh kat aku.. tak cooperate langsung time ckp dgn aku..tp dgn my boss leh lak..hmm**

8. i cantekkan draft report to be sent to person c. while doing it i get a call.."hello..this is person c.. " blablablablablabla...*explaining nicely..explaining nicely* ok. i give you the report and since it is in hard copy, can you come and get it?" it's in langkawi.i am at alor setar. the report should be done by tomorrow. BY TOMORROW AFTERNOON. when should i do the report if i were to turun langkawi at earliest 430pm today? "owh~ ok ok...we make it so that you can get the file by tomorrow MORNING." "ok then. thank you very much!!!"

9. hasta manana.

just a simple report. should be simple... got dragged to such length.. huh.. could be the way i asked about the report/project from person c. adoi..if you have something, just give, can't u? it's not like i simply ask without manner. all in all..we all in the same jabatan, aren't we? why things go to such complexity?
